1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nomo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Nomo provides AI-powered meeting transcription services that convert audio recordings into text transcripts and formatted meeting minutes.

• Audio file processing and transcription
• Speaker identification and diarization
• Meeting minutes generation
• Credit-based usage system
• Secure file handling and processing
• Google Calendar integration for automated meeting transcription (Beta)

2.1 Beta Features - Calendar Integration

Our Google Calendar integration is currently in beta testing and is subject to the following terms:

• Limited Availability: Access is granted on an approval basis and may be restricted or modified at any time
• Opt-in Requirement: Calendar sync and bot scheduling are opt-in features requiring your explicit consent
• Meeting Recording Consent: You are responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before scheduling a bot to join and record meetings
• Beta Status: Features may be unstable, change without notice, or be discontinued
• Read-only Access: We only request read-only access to your calendar events and cannot modify your calendar
• Credit Usage: Calendar connection is free; credits are only consumed when bots transcribe meetings (1 credit = 1 minute)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us of any unauthorized access
• One account per person or entity

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must keep your contact information current

4. Credit System and Payment

4.1 Credit Usage

• 1 credit = 1 minute of audio processing
• Credits are deducted based on audio duration
• Credits never expire
• Minimum processing charge: 1 credit per file

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Polar.sh
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before credit usage
• No refunds for used credits

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive 10 free credits upon registration. This offer is limited to one per user and may be subject to change.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

• Business meetings and conference calls
• Educational lectures and seminars
• Personal recordings you own or have permission to process
• Legal proceedings (where permitted by law)

5.2 Prohibited Use

• Processing copyrighted material without permission
• Uploading recordings of private conversations without consent
• Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Sharing explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your original recordings
• You grant us permission to process your content
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content
• Generated transcripts become your property

6.2 Our Service

• Nomo and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
• Our brand name and logo are trademarks

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• We will provide notice of significant changes when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions
• You should review and verify all generated content

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We encrypt all uploads and processing
• Original audio files are deleted after processing
• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• You control your transcript data

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination
• You may export your data before termination

10.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide notice when possible
• We may retain data as required by law

11. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Indonesia
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration when applicable
• You retain all statutory rights under Indonesian consumer protection law

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
