How does the credit system work?

1 credit = 1 minute of audio processing. Credits are deducted based on your audio file's duration and never expire. New users receive 10 free credits to get started.

What audio formats are supported?

We support common audio formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, and WebM. Maximum file size is 100MB per file.

How long does transcription take?

Most audio files are processed within 1-3 minutes, depending on file size and current system load. You'll receive a notification when your transcription is ready.

Is my audio data secure?

Yes! All audio files are encrypted during upload and processing. Original audio files are automatically deleted after transcription, and only processed transcripts are retained.

How does the Calendar integration work? (Beta)

Our Calendar integration is currently in beta. Connect your Google Calendar to view upcoming meetings and schedule our AI bot to automatically join and transcribe selected meetings. Calendar connection is free; credits are only used when bots transcribe meetings.
