How does the credit system work?

1 credit = 1 minute of audio processing. Credits are deducted based on audio or meeting duration and never expire. New users receive 10 free credits to get started.

What audio formats are supported?

Nomo supports common audio formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, and WebM. Maximum file size is 100MB per file.

How long does transcription take?

Most audio files are processed within 1–3 minutes, depending on file size and current system load.

Is my audio data secure?

Audio files are encrypted during upload and processing. Original audio files are automatically deleted after transcription, and processed transcripts are retained in your account.

How does Calendar integration work?

Calendar integration is currently in beta. It lets you connect Google Calendar, view upcoming meetings, and schedule Nomo bots for selected meetings.
